The Notes tab

The Notes tab lists all CRM notes and completed to-dos associated with an organization Your Autotask instance may be configured to use one of the following terms instead: Account, Business Unit, Client Company, Customer, Site. or a contact. Notes are also visible on the Activity tab, but on the Notes tab, they are presented separately, and can be managed more efficiently. To open the page, use the path(s) in the Security and navigation section above.
