NAVIGATION Any ticket table > context menu > View > To Go Report
Tickets allow you to print a To Go Report that shows the customer address and contact, the ticket title and description, and lists the last five tickets for the customer.
It also provides a signature line for your customer to acknowledge and approve work performed and parts that were used. If your Autotask administrator has uploaded a logo, your logo will appear on the report.
