When the Organizational Structure feature is enabled in Autotask, this entity describes an organizational structure Line of Business.

IMPORTANT  In the English Autotask UI, customers can select the term they want to use for the OrganizationalLevel2 entity. The default term is Line of Business. It may also appear in the UI as Application, Core Competency, Function, Line, Offering, Product Line, Product/Service Line, Service Line, Subdivision. Refer to Terminology differences between the Autotask UI and the API.
