Reviewing your hours worked

All users who track time on tickets and tasks can review those time entries, as well as any regular time they enter, on their current timesheet. Refer to Current timesheet.

Task and ticket time entries can also be viewed on drill-down tables by clicking on an "Hours Worked" widget on the dashboard. This type of widget (entity type = Work Entry) allows you to:

  • Change the reporting time frame
  • View time entries from other users
  • Sum up billable and non-billable time
  • Count the number of work entries

You have access to the column chooser and can display all available work entry fields. The table can also be exported to .csv format.

From the drill-down table context menu, you are only able to access the Ticket or Project Task page associated with the time entry, where the usual security level permissions apply.
