Service Calls

Required Permission System Administrator and Manager security levels. May be published to additional security levels, departments, or resources.
Reports respect service call security. Permission to view a service call is required for it to be included in a report. Refer to Service Desk security settings.
Path > Reports > Report Categories > Service Desk >  LiveReports section
Description This report shows service calls that have a Start Date within the filter criteria. The report is grouped by service call. For each service call, it shows all the tasks/tickets associated with the service calls as well as the assigned resources.
