Page layout

Organization types you can create tickets for

  • Tickets for Customer, Partner, and Vendor organization types can be created anywhere in Autotask you can open the New Ticket page. These three organization types are available on the Organization Selector page.
  • Tickets for Leads and Prospects can be created by navigating to > CRM > Search > Organizations > click Search > click an organization name >  accessory tabsTickets > New.
  • You cannot create tickets for organizations with types of Dead or Cancelation.
